Dear Patriot,
A year ago we warned you that anyone predicting anything about the upcoming Presidential Election should not be given your time, as there would be 2,000 events that would play out. But, no one would have been predicting what we have seen recently! It is all crazy and the best we can do is learn the truth, share, pray and hang on!
Today, we offer you information on….
another win for Sidney.
how the conviction of Trump may not be working out for Democrats.
the 51 Deep Staters who interfered with the election.
those people who should disappear but never do.
how the Democrats know that everything they do is mess.
who suffers when climate change policies turn rotten.
1- This story was barely hinted at in the Fake News world so we thought we would share again the further vindication of Sidney Powell in the lawfare attacks on her by the State Bar of Texas.
A Second Texas Court Rules That Texas Bar Has No Evidence Sidney Powell Violated Ethics Rules with 2020 Election Lawsuits
QUOTE: Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, who brought four lawsuits challenging the results of the 2020 election, was cleared of charges from the State Bar of Texas by the Texas Court of Appeals this month.
The court ruled in a 24-page opinion upholding the trial court that the Texas Bar’s Commission for Lawyer Discipline failed to show how she engaged in “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in lawsuits she filed challenging former President Donald Trump’s presidential loss.
The lower trial court found that the evidence against Powell granted no-evidence summary judgment for her against the Texas Bar, which the bar appealed. The higher court criticized the Texas bar, “The Bar employed a ‘scattershot’ approach to the case, which left this court and the trial court ‘with the task of sorting through the argument to determine what issue ha[d] actually been raised.’”
The court pointed out that the Texas Bar was guilty of doing the same thing it went after Powell for allegedly doing.“By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response,” the opinion said. “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits,” the opinion added.
The court listed many more issues with the exhibits, including that “the Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents — the documents are not mentioned at all.”
The Texas Bar accused Powell of ethics rules typically used against conservative attorneys. One was Disciplinary Rule 8.4(c), “A lawyer shall not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.” The court acknowledged that “the rules do not define ‘dishonesty,’ ‘deceit,’ or ‘misrepresentation.’”
The justices refused to follow the Texas Bar’s expansive rule interpretation.
“We are troubled by the Bar’s implicit suggestion that application of the ordinary meaning of the term dishonesty means the DR encompasses imprecise pleadings and carelessly filed exhibits,” they said. “Regardless of whether the challenged conduct must be knowing, intentional, or otherwise, a question we need not resolve here, it is axiomatic that dishonesty involves some conscious perversion of truth.” They went on, “As common sense dictates, and the case law illustrates, dishonesty involves something more than carelessness or inadvertent conduct.”
2- "Trump has one political virtue that even Aristotle would recognize: courage.” Yes, indeed. It is a virtue lacking in 98% of Republican politicians.
This piece is an interesting observation of the landscape since Trump was convicted. It may not turn out the way the evil, lawfare-left intended.

Convicted by the ‘Rational State’
QUOTE: Donald Trump’s criminal conviction in New York last week must be understood in terms of a political war that has been going on since Watergate. This 50-year fight—between the American people and an increasingly powerful ruling class—is the last stage of a project that began over a century ago, when progressive intellectuals imported German political science into America with the explicit aim of transforming the Constitution. In place of a representative government chosen by the sovereign American people, a new ruling class claimed superior intellectual authority, derived from “rational” empirical science and its methodology. The Constitution may continue to exist in name, but it has mostly been replaced by an administrative state of bureaucratic experts.
Trump is the greatest threat to this ruling class since Richard Nixon. He has therefore aroused more raw political passion than anyone in recent memory. Making him a convicted felon is a calculated gamble to keep him from returning to the White House. There is a risk it could backfire. But the ruling class knows that Trump is entirely alone in the political establishment. He has the support of millions of voters—almost certainly a plurality of the American people. But he is opposed by virtually all of the influential social, economic, political, and cultural interest groups that determine the outcome of elections.
When most elected Republicans and conservatives accepted the legitimacy of the globalist interpretation of the 2020 election, they abandoned the rule of law for hundreds of American citizens. These citizens were called insurrectionists and were denied basic rights by a Congress and courts that funded and conducted what was clearly an elaborately staged hoax. The first, and still the greatest, political hoax in American history was Watergate, which first confirmed to the expert class that it could rule without consent. The official interpretation of Nixon and his legacy has dominated public opinion for the last half century. To this day, the delegitimizing of Nixon has given powerful support to the “rational structures” in government which have replaced the Constitution.
Now, Trump must be delegitimized in the same way. In 2016, Trump was understood wholly in terms of the personal, which means in terms of his moral virtue or his character. He is despised for resisting the “woke” morality of the ruling class, yet is judged according to the old morality. Even now, very little is said about Trump’s record as president. Instead, he is demonized over private vices made public: sex, race, gender, wealth, and private power.
No political figure in our time is similarly judged in terms of character, of moral virtues and vices. (Imagine trying to defend Joe Biden or Bill Clinton by the standard of traditional morality.) But Trump has one political virtue that even Aristotle would recognize: courage. With this criminal conviction, it seems that Trump will now be judged politically, even by those who insist on assessing him in terms of his personality. What happened to Trump last week helped in transforming Trump from an obnoxious personality into a national savior.
Things are now becoming clear even to those who haven’t been paying attention, or were in denial. The citizens of the country are realizing that their way of life is dependent upon opposing the ruling class. They are beginning to realize that Trump is protecting their rights, and he is paying a price for his actions in a way that it is not simply personal, but political. Whether the American people themselves are willing to accept the hardship and costs of opposing the ruling class remains to be seen.
3- We will be looking for more than an apology from these 51 election interferers now that the laptop has been verified by the FBI and DOJ in the court that just convicted Hunter Biden. When Democrats are caught in the wrong, they dismiss it by saying…oh, that's OLD NEWS. This is NOT “old news”.
The 51 ‘Intel Officials’ Who Called Hunter’s Hard Drive ‘Russia DisInfo’ Still Won’t Apologize, Despite The Laptop Being Authenticated by Biden’s Own DOJ.
QUOTE: Intelligence officials who signed a pre-election letter in 2020 alleging that Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” scandal had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” are standing by their claims, despite the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) confirming the device is authentic.
All 51 signatories have been contacted about the letter, but none have recanted. James Clapper, Barack Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, said “No” when asked if he regretted signing the letter, refusing to remove his name or accept he should have waited for more information before branding the laptop Russian disinformation.
Greg Treverton, a former National Intelligence Council chair, tried to dismiss the letter as “very old news” and also insisted that “What we said was true, we were inferring from our experience, and it did look like a Russian operation.”
“We didn’t, and couldn’t of course say it was a Russian operation,” he added disingenuously.
The laptop letter was laundered through Natasha Bertrand, a then-POLITICO correspondent used by the “intelligence community” to plant stories in the media since her mid-twenties. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was involved in “fast-tracking” the letter, initiated by Joe Biden staffer Antony Blinken, now Secretary of State.
4- This little piece made us laugh. Over many years we have often asked ourselves why it is that crazy-wrong leftist never go away. Hillary Clinton comes to mind. But, there is a long list of others, including The Scarf Lady, Debrorah Brix and The Mother of the Ukraine War, Victoria Nuland.
There are so many talented, intelligent, wise women who the world would greatly benefit from hearing. But, we are stuck with these tired reruns of failure.

The Persistence of Deborah Birx and Victoria Nuland
QUOTE: Why won't these women who are wrong about everything go away?
Salvador Dali was being characteristically weird and technically brilliant when he composed this painting in 1931 that he titled “La persistencia de la memoria” or “The persistence of memory.” It is better recognized as the "The Melting Clocks”. To this day it remains the most iconic work of Surrealism.
I thought of it this morning while listening to a recent recording of Deborah Birx saying on CNN: “We should be testing every cow, weekly,” for H5N1 bird flu.
The only rational explanation for this assertion is that she or one of her cronies owns shares in a manufacturer of bovine viral PRC test kits. Apart from this hypothetical possibility, her assertion is manifestly insane.
What could possibly account for the Persistence of Deborah Birxas a public health figure whose “counsel” is still being sought on CNN?
In the domain of foreign policy, the same question should be urgently asked about the Persistence of Victoria Nuland—an aggressive military adventuress who has a perfect track record of being dead wrong about everything. And yet, here she is, less than a month ago, urging the U.S. “to help Ukraine hit bases in Russia.”
Can Ms. Nuland name a single American citizen apart from a large shareholder of Raytheon who stands to gain anything by our country engaging in World War III with Russia?
Really, what can possibly explain the persistence of these dumb and annoying women in public affairs? Why can’t they retire and engage in a more benign form of tormenting people, like the ladies in their local bridge clubs? In this scenario, they would at least experience some salutary, corrective action from their social peers who would quickly grow weary of them.
5- All leftist policies are sooner or later failures. So, Democrats will not be discussing policy this election season. They KNOW that everything they stand for is a destructive moldy mess. (see item 6 below)
As always, VDH explains it all so well.
"Often, the opulence and freedom arising from free-market economies and limited constitutional government create so much prosperity and liberty that its beneficiaries believe such good fortune to be their natural and commonplace birthright and so begin destroying the very system that blessed them."
Victor Davis Hanson writing at American Greatness
The Left Knows Leftism Doesn’t Work
QUOTE: Do not expect the radical left to survey the wreckage of socialism and communism in history and accept that statism impoverishes people and erodes their freedoms. There will never be admissions by our elite that progressivism exists mainly for the acquisition of power by the utopian and virtue-signaling few, who ensure that they are never subject to the baleful implementation of their ideological agendas on the rest of us. None of the major Biden “achievements”—10 million illegal aliens across a nonexistent border, key components of the cost of living 25-30 percent higher than in 2020, wars and chaos abroad, DEI racial and tribal obsessions, wars on fossil fuels—poll at even 40-45 percent. Biden’s own approval ratings, as the nominal architect of the most left-wing agenda since the Roosevelt administration, hover between 36 and 34 percent.
But most importantly, the left is not running on its record of the last three-and-a-half years but instead studiously ignoring it, at least temporarily through November.
In short, the policies that the left has given us over the last years—hyperinflation, spiking staple and gas prices, racial and tribal chauvinism, dangerous streets, an emasculated and politicized military, and wars abroad—did not work, and are now being masked to retain power, put on hold, or even reversed.
The reasons for the failure are ancient, given that socialism and progressivism are contrary to human nature.
People obey laws because, in a cost-benefit analysis, they fear the consequences of lawbreaking. Otherwise, the laws of the wild prevail and the strongest dictate to the weaker. Citizens must be discouraged, not encouraged, from favoring their own tribe and race, tribalism being the oldest of human biases. Money is not a construct but represents the real value of capital and labor and cannot be printed into national wealth. Abroad, most nations are illiberal and their aggressiveness is deterred only through guarantees that they will lose more than they will gain through war.
We sometimes forget all that unpleasant human baggage, due to irrelevant distractions, or the utopianism that is the handmaiden of affluence and leisure. Often, the opulence and freedom arising from free-market economies and limited constitutional government create so much prosperity and liberty that its beneficiaries believe such good fortune to be their natural and commonplace birthright and so begin destroying the very system that blessed them.
But if Biden and his handlers have taught us anything, human nature cannot be fooled, and the current four-year experiment will have to end before it ends us—and soon.
6- When government and environmentalist collaborate, what could go wrong?
The utter failure of MOST green agenda programs is almost never discussed out loud, so we thought we would point you to the sad tale of insulation in England.
How Net Zero leads to mouldy homes
QUOTE: If there’s one thing dull British politicians often get excited about, it’s insulating the nation’s draughty homes.
As boring as it sounds, cavity-wall insulation was one of the great green hopes of Gordon Brown when he was UK prime minister. More recently, energy secretary Claire Coutinho committed the Conservative government to spending £1 billion on insulating 300,000 homes. The Great British Insulation Scheme was one of many government-funded insulation initiatives that have cropped up in recent years. It was sold not only as a way to knock hundreds of pounds off household bills, but also as a huge win for making the UK a more environmentally friendly place.
It’s easy to forget how much of a fuss was made over insulation just a couple of years ago. So much, in fact, that an entire protest group formed around the cause. Insulate Britain, founded by members of sister group Extinction Rebellion, proved to be a monumental nuisance to the public throughout 2021. Insulate Britain rose to infamy by blocking off major roads, stopping people from going to work, travelling on holiday and even getting to hospital. Activists demanded that the government pledge ‘a low-energy and low-carbon retrofit of all homes in Britain by 2030’.
The government agreed to roll out more insulation, if not to that timeframe. But these efforts have since gone horribly wrong. In hundreds of thousands of homes, the BBC reported last month, ‘botched’ installations could result in infestations of black mould. One Swansea mother says that, since her insulation was fitted three years ago, she has had to scrape mould off the walls every two weeks. Similar issues have been reported in Yorkshire, Lancashireand Scotland.
This is not unexpected. The defects of cavity-wall insulation have been known about for years. It looks like the problem could be widespread, too. Figures from energy regulator Ofgem suggest that, since 2008, cavity-wall insulation has been installed in more than three million homes under various government schemes. .
In many ways, the insulation debacle is an allegory for the broader Net Zero agenda. Activists campaigned for it and politicians agreed to take it on, without anyone stopping to think whether or not it would work at all. The result has been a costly and damaging mess.
It’s no wonder that no one wants to talk about insulation anymore. That would mean acknowledging the damage that’s being done in the name of Net Zero. No matter how often the green agenda fails, our political class just can’t seem to let it go.
